"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times before, but many years ago. It is in the help of all the shopping and eating, so the location is 10 out of 10. However, this time I decided to stay with them again. But the hotel is looking super rundown and the hallways and rooms smells like rotten egg. I unfortunately will not be staying at this hotel again."

"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"I stayed in this hotel primarily because it was one block away from where I had to work for two days. The staff was attentive, but not very good at recommending places for dinner and nightlife. The room was, small, a little run down, but clean and had the necessary amenities. Hotel has a good massage center open 24 hours, prices are good as well as the service."

In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time. "The location is good, a quiet villa resort in the city center. A 5-7 mins walk to Starbucks, McDonald’s and many other restaurants if you don’t want to dine in the hotel. The staff is helpful! We had a female staff walked us to our villa as it was a bit far and showed us the room facility and etc, she was very friendly! "
