Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!

Stay 2 nights during Chinese New Year. Feb 9-11, 2024. No heat in the room. Freezing cold for the first night. Checked with front-desk the next morning and to my surprises to find out an upscale brand hotel has no heating system setup. I was given a portable heater for the 2nd night. Front-desk did not tell me at check-in. I would not have selected this hotel if I had known this in advance.
