The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. "Amazing location, lovely staff. Stayed here during the Australian Open Tennis. Lots of players and their coaches etc staying at the hotel.l which was cool. The rooms and features in the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. Shower pressure was also low. Overall happy with the stay and would probably stay again…"
