"Nice hotel, quiet and clean but there was a funny smell in the bathroom when we first got there but if we kept the toilet seat down the smell went. A couple of my skirts went missing but other than that we enjoyed our stay."

There are multiple private rooms, sizes vary. Our twin room had a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh smelling. "We arrived and were told they had no room reserved. They had managed to deposit our payment 3 months prior."

"I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "
