"I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."

"I loved staying at Casa Regina in the town of Tamaimo. The hosts were great and the breakfast was lovely. They even did me a pack up the morning I left due to an early flight home. The only slight downside is my room had a shared bathroom, which I didn’t realise at the time of booking. "

"Amazing views of the ocean. Go to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing, rooms are comfy and have everything you need. Great location. I will be staying here again. "

Kitchen facilities to cook one's own dinner if required was very useful as restaurants were a little way away, too far to walk, and not terribly easy to go by car and then negotiate the driveway and car park late at night in the dark."
