"This is not a Hotel, this is a hoStel. The facilities were incompatible for a family with a baby. There was no one to give information or do the check-in. The phone was incorrect on Expedia. We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded. "The location was very good. We shared a bathroom and it did not have AC. They did give us a fan to use on our second night stay. It was close to the train station. "

The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "

"This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."
