We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded. "The location was very good. We shared a bathroom and it did not have AC. They did give us a fan to use on our second night stay. It was close to the train station. "

This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."
