"The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. "

Took the water ferry from the airport to Fondamente Nove leaving us with just a 7 minute walk to the apt where we met Zelina who gave us all the info we needed for the apt and the area. Apartment is small for 3 people but it had everything we needed for our stay. It is so central you don't need to use the water buses which are very expensive. "This was our 1st visit to Venice and actually 1st time in Italy. The apartment was exactly as pictures shown and our host from Venice Villas Victoria was delightful and helped us everytime a question or need arose, which as far as the apartment there was no needs after arrived excepan extra towel and toilet paper which both were promptly delivered. I will always plan to stay with Venice Villas whenever we plan our next trip to Venice would love to see all there propeties. Thanks again...
