Quiet neighbourhood out of the way but dining,groceries,tram,drug store,all in walking distance. Staff was very helpful with directions, setting up cabs, breakfast to go and getting tram tickets. One stop travel agent. Breakfast was amazing.

The proprietor of the property was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The tram was just down the street which takes you straight into Venice. Rooms were large a clean and wifi worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel for a few days for visiting Venice. Great location in Mestre. Tram and bus on 10 minutes walking distance. Within 15 minutes you are in Venice centre. Venice is a must see
