"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. "The room was bigger than expected. Nice bathroom too. It even had a balcony. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were stiff. Also, when booking they advertise free shuttle to the airport which is not free. The taxi costed 20 euro. We had a very early flight from Venice so this was a good option to avoid any delays to the airport from central Venice. The person who checked us in was very nice and and spoke perfect English. "

"The property was clean and spacious and well priced for the area, but would have benefitted from a map on booking as it had no signage and was difficult to find and as an apartment had no staff in the building. Also no tea or coffee, which could have been made clear on booking"

"Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "

"Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep. "

"We stayed at Ca’ Lavezzera Hotel for my partner’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They kindly accommodated an early check-in and surprised us with a wonderful assortment of treats in the room—biscuits, tea, coffee, sweets, water, and more. "It was the most beautiful hotel in Italy, my host was Nicola 😊🇮🇹 who took the timecto explain everything and gave a warm welcoming, made me feel safe and like home. The room was gorgeous, even more beutiful than the pictures onvthe Website. The olny thing i didn’t like was my next door neighbor at the hotel, i was sick and she was ver rude to me because I was coughing. Nicola made all the difference and made my trip to Venice a beautiful experience!!! For sure i'll try to come...

"The stuff was nice and the room was clean, it was very very close to the main bridge in Venice and a lot of things to do around, we didn’t even need to walk much to each attraction and it was very comfortable "

"Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast very enjoyable and local bus stop directly in to Venice just metres from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this lovely B&B. "

"Wonderful service in terms of communication and keeping in touch about our stay. Only downside was the construction happening within the hotel, which was not mentioned in the booking whatsoever. Not necessarily the greatest to be woken up at 7:30 to the sounds of electric saws and loud talking. Also should have been mentioned that there was a restaurant directly under our room. Restaurant owners children were loud and the smell of the kitchen was wafting into our room, "

"The apartment was clean, spacious since it was a 2 bedroom accomodation. The place was near the restaurants and water taxi was within 3 mins walk. I highly recommend this place. 10/10"

"Close to the train station which means less dragging bags over bridges, but a longer walk to San Marco. Decent food in the area and easy access to the water bus. They were super helpful when we had to stay for two extra night. Room was cold so do bring layers. "

"We’re staying here twice this trip. The day we arrive by plane and the night from Venice before we rent the car to go north. It is a good place for this transition. Nice beds. Curtains that block the light. Easy to find. Great staff. A few blocks from the Mestre airport bus stop & train station. Just what we need."
