"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. Place was very clean had all the essentials and all for a good price place was quite the other guests where respectful with regards to noise and personal property would recommend anyone to stay here, centrally located also. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese).
