"Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very...
