"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

"Really loved this hotel, loved the extra little bits other hotels don’t do - free glass of wine between 4-5, free fruit water and iced tea, stroopwaffels when leaving, slippers and dressing gowns in rooms - all lovely touches! So close to the square and to the train station. Just wonderful stay thank you "

"Perfect weekend stay. Modern and clean rooms, friendly staff, nice surroundings, tram and metro stations close by. Parking near the hotel really expensive - use the P R parking for 6euro/day. "

A good vibe hotel. we stayed in a 6 floor room with a terrance and it was perfect, lots of space, clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were helpful. Liked that you could only go on the hotel floor that your staying on.. felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and glad we chose to stay here. "
