"We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. "

"This was THE perfect spot for one last hurrah/downtime before the school year and sports pick back up. It was remote and quiet with cover water access and kayaks. Everything in the kitchen works beautifully and their is plenty of beds and space to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay"

"Great experience and will definitely come back. Good communication with the owners, and they were super nice - they shared their farm fresh eggs with us. So we were all set for breakfast! The property itself was really nice. It was just the right size for a couple and it had a grill which was a plus. There’s lots to do on the property - boating, hiking, and our favorite was feeding the animals. For hiking, I recommend the Jack’s Jaunt trail. It’s also close to Charlottesville so that’s a...
