"If you're interested in sustainability, the environment and being in the wilderness, this is an amazing place to be. The farm tour was incredible. The area it's in is absolute heaven, surrounded by rainforest and rivers and on the edge of a lake under a volcano. The bird life is astounding and the activities and tours available are great. "Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. "Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "
