"Loved the huge, beautiful grounds and the activities offered at the resort. We did the tubing and horseback riding - great fun and so convenient that it was at the resort. Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall....

"Beautiful hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, Valentina from receptiion and Justin made our stay even more confortable, very personalized, thinking in us like we were fakily member, they both made us feel this way. Will come back again. The only negative thing i will say is that bathroom needs to be clean better, there is mold between tiles. And one of the jaccuzi was not to clean either. "

"This was one of our favorite hotels as we traveled through Costa Rica. The view from the room was incredible of the Arenal volcano and it was set in the rainforest. We woke up to seeing toucans flying around not far from our balcony. The location was a perfect for all of our activities of La fortuna. We would love to stay here again in the future if in the area. "

"Service 10/10. Traveling as a solo female I was greeted with hospitality, smiles, and nothing but making sure I was enjoying my time. Different restaurants which is perfect if you like to explore menus. Taxi service to wherever you like arranged from the hotel. Rooms are simple, clean, air conditioned but the property is where this resort shines. 2 pools one cold and one hot, hot tubs, golf course, walkways and so much history!"
