"This beautiful home was as advertised and now it even has a hottub over the parking area (which is not not in the pictures.) Communication was prompt and thorough. The road is just as bad or worse than everyone says. Many twists, turns, and potholes! Turning off Highway 1, the GPS said that the destinaton was on the right in 10 KM and it took 45 minutes to get there. We ordered delivery for dinner our first night and it was delicious. "We have been to CR several times and wanted to do something different for this trip. Renting a home in this location turned out to be a nice change. Unfortunately, the pool was a bit too cool for us but it was so nice to have a private, quiet space to relax in between our outings. We had coffee as we enjoyed the views each morning with the birds singing and finished up with a drink in the evening as we looked out at the lights twinkling in the distane. "We had the best time here. We had a group of 11 including 6 adults and 5 kids from 3 to 8 years old. The pool isn't deep so it worked really well with the kids. The operators of the property are really responsive over WhatsApp and helped us get some good deals on tours. The proximity to town is also really convenient with a short walk or 1000 colones for an Uber.Would highly recommend this location and we had an amazing time. "

"The place was dirty and there was so many bugs and creatures everywhere! Spiders, cockroaches and ants crawling all around the place. I was in bed and a spider ran across the covers! We were told to spray bug spray around to prevent this, but also couldn’t open the windows as it would let more creatures in! So we were coughing the entire time because of the spray and couldn’t sleep. We left the property two days early and only stayed one night "
