This motel is an older building and is currently being renovated by the owners. I was the first customer to stay in the newly renovated room 103! "This is just a bare bones, no frills property. We stayed here while having work done in Los Algodnes. The staff is friendly. The room is fine. Bathrooms have been remodeled. The furniture is older. The floor is Vinyl. Beds were fine. I like that there is a counter outside the bathroom with a big mirror to get ready at. The toilet, shower and sink is in another room with a door. Plenty to eat around the motel. Like that I can park in front of our room "

"Great place in Yuma....just remember your in Yuma AZ. Not a 5 star town. My suggestions to make this place better are tp holder on a stand, the wall holder is behind your back. Also we could not find a cutting board. Add some dim lights, all the lighting is very bright. Night time is enough to wake the dead."
