"Excellent front desk and breakfast personnel customer service. Friendly, communicative, accomodating. Only issue is on the top floor room where we stayed, #405 the air conditioner is extremely loud and when off, there is a rumbling sound that never stops...like a motor running on the roof...annoying."

"Property is clean first floor is not available for someone with limited mobility. First floor accommodate guest with pets. Since i have allergy to dogs or cats, i cannot stay on the first floor. Breakfast was good and room are clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the furniture are outdated. No usb connection on the desk or lamps lights plugin. Elevator is very slow and heard heavy footstep above from other guest on 3rdfloor.Could have some improvement for better"
