"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room. I wish I picked something with a closer train station. Everything was very clean and the services were ok. We didn’t really use any of the amenities except for the washer and dryer which are not meant for anything heavier than the occasional shirt. I tried washing 5 pants on a washer and dryer and my tees in another and I did the dryer twice and everything was still wet."

"Second time staying here and loved it just as much. The area is very nice, loads of food options, a few train stations nearby so easily accessible. Hotel has a 24hr convenience store, as well as a self service laundry which was very convenient. Just a very pleasant stay. Had no issues at all"

Staff is super helpful as they were able to help me fill out the form to transport my luggage to my next hotel. The only minor inconvenience is the elevator system, but you get used to it quickly. Room and full size bathtub were also great."
