"Great hotel. A bit noisy due to it being near the airport. They have a restaurant onsite so you are limited to that. I assumed this so ate at the airport before going there. No food delivery there really, i checked on baemin. They have an emart 24 onsite though which was nice. The room was nice, bed was comfy. definitely needed to play some white noise sound because there was some sound outside, though not as bad as i thought it might be. "

"Extremely convenient. The bed was ridiculously tiny for two people, but we survived. With a long layover, being able to rest in a room with no worries was worth it. The hotel is super conveniently across from the food court, and they provide you with water and some basic toiletries. The staff was super helpful when needed, and checkout was simple. Would definitely stay here in a similar situation again. "

"Good value, friendly staff service. Room is nice, clean and quiet and comfortable. Lots of restaurants around. Shuttle van sending to the airport is nice. Staff has good English communication. Since I had problem to call for shuttle bus to pickup at the airport. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. "Enjoyed my stay at this property. The breakfast room didn’t actually have any breakfast ready to eat at 7am instead there were a couple of cereal packets and milk that was sitting out. My room was clean besides the leak I had from the floor panels in the bathroom. This hotel was a convenient commute from ICN airport about a 10 minute commute. "

"I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite.
