"Description about the room is misleading. we booked the room because on the description, it has king size bed. It was queen and we inquired about it, the staff member answered the phone said it's their king. The room is dark with all the lights on and we mentioned, they said the lights that don't turn on are part of decoration. We brought in hidden camera detector and began to scan, it beeps on shower head. we didn't take shower. We went else where to take shower. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights in room 1207. Room was cleaned tidy and met our needs. Toiletries were complimentary Dove products and water was also provided. Walk in shower was a bonus and large with rainfall shower head Close to shopping centres, outlets and Costco as well as many restaurants. Close to the Cruise port terminal which is why we stayed here Staff organised taxis to take us to various places which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again "

"Great place and the price affordable. Breakfast was excellent. There are two negatives though: One is that the place heavily focuses on Chinese customers, asking you to take breakfast after them in groups. Some signs are written only in Chinese, not even Korean nor English. Second one is that they renovate corridor and rooms with dust and noise while we stay on the same floor. It is not a good manner without respect to the guests. "
