The have a snack bar 24 hours a day that's free. There are many dinning options around and the train/ railway is a 5 min walk from hotel that will take you straight to the airport.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. The breakfast room didn’t actually have any breakfast ready to eat at 7am instead there were a couple of cereal packets and milk that was sitting out. My room was clean besides the leak I had from the floor panels in the bathroom. This hotel was a convenient commute from ICN airport about a 10 minute commute.

They have a snack bar/breakfast area that’s accessible 24/7. When I went down for breakfast there were used plates everywhere and there was 0 food. Who knows how long the milk had been sitting out. They really need to frequently check and update. Especially in the mornings before breakfast hours. There’s an airport shuttle, but it only runs in the mornings and it DOES NOT RUN ON WEEKENDS! Thankfully the subway station was close by and not too difficult of a walk. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. I was able to get some good sleep before returning to the airport for another flight. The food and shuttle were a main reason I booked this and for those to be a bust, I gave 3 stars.

First of all, you should never advertise one thing and deliver another. This is called, false advertisement! The shuttle van to the airport, has only five times in a day and in the morning!!! No way to get from the airport!!! The free breakfast, you better pay for and be better off... Poor conditions in the bathroom. Leaking water and other stuff. Expedia should check those places before they sell. Very disappointed and I will never stay there again.

I arrived to check in the front desk did not give me an information about the hotel let alone the area. I was not given the password to the internet or told where to find the breakfast area or gym. The breakfast was disappointing and overall subpar. My biggest grievance is the staff. They weren't rude per se but very dismissive and standoffish. I was also charged 10,000 won for a room card and only given one when I checked in. I would not stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel there are nicer ones in the area with probably nicer and more accommodating staff.

The concierge staff are so very nice and courteous! I wish all hotel staff are trained to be like them. We arrived around 9pm, easy check in but the original room assigned was not comfortable, assumed previous user(s) smoked in the bathroom, so we brought it up to the concierge and he immediately apologized and switched our rooms. It’s possible the previous user(s) did not see the sign in elevator that indicate “no smoking” in all the rooms. Anyhow, please note that they only set up (1) one large bath towel, one shower mat, 2 hand/feet towels and 2 wash cloths, even if we booked the room with 2 people staying in the room, only one is placed bath towel is placed by cleaning crew each time but thankfully it’s an easy fix by meeting the concierge staff, he gave us a towel when we requested for an extra bath towel. We love the location to the AREX. My husband said that next time we visit South Korea, we will stay at this same hotel.
