"The room was nice. Food options was good. The shuttle is a great service, one of the drivers was really lovely and efficient with luggage. I ordered room service and a robot delivered it. I was so excited that I locked myself out! Was a fun experience. Having a convenience store onsite is an excellent idea. I arrived late stayed the night then went to Seoul to explore for the day, then made the long trek back to Incheon, stayed another night then got an early flight out in the morning. Great value for money. Next time I will get an Uber back from Seoul instead of struggling with public transport. "

"Not every airport has a hotel within the terminal and staying in the Transit hotel is amazing. If you have an overnight layover in Incheon airport, staying at Transit hotel is a must. Enjoy sleeping in a comfortable bed and not on the floor. Take a shower before getting to your connecting flight. Or just simply relax in your room with the safety of your belongings. It's so worth it for long layovers."

"Enjoyed this business hotel. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, room was decent size, price was excellent. Free coffee and breakfast in morning. Everyday they leave towels on the door including water bottles. It's in a great location by yeongdeungpo station and singil station. Easy to arrive one subway line from Gimpo airport to Singil. From Incheon airport you can actually subway to Gimpo then to the hotel for a less crowded experience. Singil exit 3 has escalators for luggage. Overall would stay again."
