"a 12 hr layover at ICN and we just walked a few gates down and up an escalator to the hotel. we arrived early AM and had booked for the day before so we didn't have to wait for 3pm check in on the day we arrived. small clean room. figuring out the lights and then the shower not too difficult. "I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. "Overnight stay for transfer works well. When we arrived at 7pm I realised I forgot to notify the day before for shuttle time but following a message the shuttle was quickly on its way. The owner Inho was very nice. Accom was super clean and the surrounding area was safe to walk around late. "
