"The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff, especially Chris Lee, was very helpful with an issue that we had with Expedia. He went above and beyond to make sure it was settled. The breakfast is great, but for a long term guest the menu gets repetitive. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would recommend this hotel. "

"Didn't get the room service and I had to call for it. On the same day we didn't get the turndown service in the evening. We were on level 36 just below the bar on level 37 and we could hear lots of noise from above."

The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "

"There was a cockroach in the drain when I went first went into the room. On top of that, there was a pair of moldy slippers in the corner. Shortened my stay and moved to a proper hotel. 생각만해도 소름 돋는다. "
