"My children and I had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien Seoul for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is above and beyond any staff I've encountered. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially the 3 hours of swimming! They even mentioned how nice all of the employees were! Once back to our room we ordered room service. "disgusting on the outside and inside. when i checked into the room there was hair all over the bathroom as if no one cleaned up. it also smelt like wet must. it was so terrrible i literally just checked out the within the first 30 minutes and booked an airbnb because there was no way i can stay there for a week. sucks i understand theres no refunds but this place shouldnt even be open lol"
