"It’s a beautiful hotel with a few restaurants and a deli/bakery. Very close to a fancy department store and good access to public transport. What makes this hotel special is the superb and efficient service. I loved the breakfast, as there was plenty of choice to suit all palates and it was of high standard. "The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "
