"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. Do re-check the hotel location yourself because the distance stated isnt neccessarily correct, whether intentional or unknowingly misinformed. Room amenities replaced daily,...

"All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!"
