"Great hotel with a good breakfast that didn't taste cheap like some. Rooms are unique as bathroom area is not totally separate but they have privacy glass. Hotel does get a bit busy down in the sports bar but again we found the food pretty decent. Check in and out was hassle free. Car park is decent size. Did not see anything in walking distance but was only staying the one night. Does have a starbucks on site also. "

Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "The foreign receptionist went above and beyond to help with our luggage, as my wife has mobility issues and it was too much for him and he was not feeling well. We stayed in our bedroom because my husband became quite ill ie gastric flu. We made the best of a not so pleasant time on our 34th wedding anniversary. Room service was wonderful."
