"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"Hospitality of the staff and a gentleman (whom I guess is the manager) at this hotel is amazing. The warmth and sincerity is just so different from luxury hotels in large cities. The hotel modern, relatively new and just 5 mins walk from Hualien train station (visible from the station exit) and close to many car rental agencies. Undoubtedly my top choice if I return to Hualien in future."

"The overall was nice, I called for late check in, and owner was kind enough to wait for my arrival. Backpacker room was neat, the bed size was fit in alright. Room was large enough, so you don't have to worry where to put your gear. "

"Cozy little place. Good views, nice views, and close to amenities if you need anything. Rooms are not completely sound proof so you can hear faint conversations of your neighbor. "
