"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"It is a very nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is second to none and there is plenty of parking. Close to the M6. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing i have some criticism is that the TV is way too small. You had to sit on the end of the bed to watch it. WiFi reception was very hit and miss, but propably accepted due the location of the property."

"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...
