"It's a very nice and clean hotel. The bed is very comfortable. But the pilows still need to improve...I love the stuff. I reached the hotel quite late at night but the staff came to serve us in very short time...This is the part I appriciated the most..."

"Hot spring was great but the overall infrastructure and interior could use a bit of brushing up. I.e., repaint the walls, remove ceiling molds, patch up holes here and there. "

"This is a very nice hotel. You get what you pay for, which is a lot! It has everything. And for a luxury hotel, it’s actually still a good deal. It’s a great neighborhood, the amenities are top-notch, and it seems like a perfect spot for all sorts of travelers. I can’t think of anything that it’s missing. There were solo travelers, couples, families with children, and plenty to do. The rooms are large and the staff is on point. Zero complaints here."
