"The best part about this place is the amazing location. We had an event at the Salt Palace and we were able to walk to it every day and come back to take a rest when we needed to. We also walked to many of the downtown attractions. It was a wonderful stay in that aspect. The host had things well stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is definitely a little funky, but it worked. Check-in was easy and everything made sense for getting to the room easily....

"I was across the street from my conference location. Safe and easy area to navigate. Plenty of eating shopping options. I had rental car and a space was provided to park. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The decor and location were just as described in the listing. Nice view too. I opened the garage door once and enjoyed the open air feel. "

"Great location, secured parking best for smaller vehicles. The tub shower was elevated and would be best served with a small stool/child's chair to ease access. there is a leak at the tub faucet that should be repaired to save . there should be a safety mat for the shower! Also with gas fireplace and gas stove, there should be a carbon monoxide level detector/alarm"

"We easily accessed all the cotton wood canyon resorts.Kitchen is a little small but large table helps. BBQ came in handy for steaks and chicken. Huge master suite made a almost second living space. Second master is big bonus."
