"Clean and functional lodging in an excellent location in downtown SLC. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed is in no danger of being classified as roomy, or comfortable. Never could figure our the heating system. The temperature just kept flashing. Helpful fitness center. Hotel has an "old building" smell, but it's clean and functional. Very affordable for the location. Would likely stay there again."

"We were in SLC for a concert at the Delta arena. You can see the arena from front window of property. It's a short and safe walk to the arena. There are several good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. "
