"The staff were very welcoming. I was traveling alone so decided to book the snug bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and service you could not fault"

"We called ahead to ask if we could check in early so we could change to go to a wedding. They weren’t able to get the room ready but did let us in before it had been cleaned so that we could change. The family room had 2 bedrooms and suited our needs really well, and would suit most families. The room decor was a little tired but clean and all in good working order. "lovely stay in a self catering apartment, well equipped with every thing you require. A well stocked shop 2 doors away. room was very quiet even though it was above the pub. i would stay here again. host were very polite and got us checked in quickly. "

"Cheltenham prices are higher than the other locations we've visited, but the age and layout of the old pub building leaves you feeling short changed. Staff service and food were very good and breakfast was included in price. Parking was on the street, time sensitive and where a gap could be found. "
