"We spent 2 weeks in this lovely cottage . The hosts were wonderful - very helpful, friendly and quick to respond . The cottage was very comfortable and even had its own fenced in garden. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. WiFi was fast and reliable. The town of Northleach is small and very cute , and the location is quite close to many other places in the Cotswolds but without all the tourists! There is a very small grocery store in town and other bigger grocery stores within 10 minutes...

"A lovely long weekend as a family! The extra touches provided on arrival by Mary (a freshly-baked cake as well as eggs, bread and milk) made us feel at home. "Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."

"Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

"My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok. Once you found the home, it was easy after that. They left many goodies to enjoy. Thank you! Their kitchen is well-stocked and has a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. I loved...

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...
