"The check in went smoothly, even offered a early check in. The parking was free for being a guest. The property was clean and the professionalism of staff was excellent "

"We had a small mishap with room assignments, (we were not upset at all, accidents happen) the staff went WAY above and beyond for us. Terrell, inspected the next room to make sure it had been turned over before we got the key to our new room, made sure we were comfortable. The front desk staff were as equally as amazing. For the inconvenience, they comped our parking and gave us a free breakfast even though we were just okay with a new room. If we ever come back to Philadelphia, we will stay again with the Double Tree. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! "

"Everything was really great. The restaurant was really nice. Dinner and breakfast great. Very clean room. Smelled great. No bed bugs! Very important. Gym was really nice and a bonus for sure. Only issue was no remote for tv in room and the vending machine on the 2nd floor took my money twice with no product. Few others had same thing happen. "
