"I was traveling with my small children and when I pulled up to park it was very dark outside and sketchy. Carpet is torn up and baseboards r ripped up along the way to our room. We saw bugs in the room, sheets had stains on them, the door unhinged looked like the door had been kicked in before and it wasn’t replaced.
