Cozy feel, quiet, great comfortable feel with the sheets and linen, very clean, spacious and relaxing Had a discrepancy where my wife and I returned and found our room door open, with the door lock extended to keep it open... housekeeper said it was on us, front desk said housekeeping may do that to return to a room later for cleaning (no housekeeping was done). Front desk was very diplomatic; a refund was offered but we haven't received it yet.
