"We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉"

"Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. What we both liked was the attentiveness that Donna gave us and other customers staying there. She would also call each of us by our fist names. Something that just made the stay a bit more...

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"Agnes is so welcoming and a ray of sunshine! The breakfast is a very high standard, your bedroom will be furnished beautifully and the beds are comfy. Located close to the center and free parking. "Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
