Enjoyed my stay. An interesting old building, a bit of a rabbit warren with lots of doors, stairs and little corridors to get to the rooms. The room was a bit tired, basically clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit noisy with some kind of fan or engine outside the window, but otherwise fine for a short stay. Location was good.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff, helpful and very friendly . Hotel is in a great location. Meals are very good, breakfast was set out nice, good choice. We would come here again.

Great clean, comfortable rooms with fantastic views. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. The only thing is the wi-fi is a bit hit and miss. To park it is best to get there before 10am or after 5.30pm as parking is very limited. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The Top Place in Padstow
Absolutely brilliant spot, view from room amazing, room specs, were lovely and cosy, bathroom amazing, location could not be faulted, facilities were topnotch. Staff throughout thectime there, morning, noon & night were so friendly and nice, going back again without a doubt. Thank you

Nice old pub right on Padstow Harbour so close to everything. Has bar and eatery, and staff are very helpful. The only downside - it’s a bit of a mission getting your luggage to the upper floors as there are lots of stairs and doors to negotiate.

Great hotel
Our room was really nice and the staff were great. The hotel itself could do with a lick paint and the stair carpet needs replacing.But that did not stop us having a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again

A nice hotel with room for minor improvements
Lovely little room but being in the top was quite warm so needed the windows open. As a result a late wake-up from drunks in the street outside (it was the nght of England v Netherlands in the Euros Semi Final) and an early wake up from the local sea gulls :-). Comfy bed. A mini fridge would be nice to keep cold drinks in. The can of laocal lager was a nice touch. Ate dinner in the restaurant and the service was not great. Slow and got the order timing wrong by bringing out the starter and main at the same time????. There were only two other tables being occupied so it wasn't like it was busy. These are minor things and are mentioned only for feedback purposes. I would stay here again as it's a great location and a nice boutique hotel. A lot od stairs to Room 14 :-) but worth it for the view ;-)!

1st class service and accommodation
We had a lovely stay especially the room (no.10) we were given overlooking the harbour. The food was good value especially the fish and chips. The service was excellent from when we arrived and especially sending on free of charge the iPad we left in the room. Highly recommend for it location, service and value
