"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"Beautiful and modern house…we enjoyed our stay, but the only issue is the hot tub is not clean, loads of dirt noticed in the water, which is disappointing because we don’t want to use the hot tub again."

"The site was very clean and well presented. The caravans were exceptionally clean and the extra little touches like towels, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk were a great touch. The food in the restaurant was hot, fresh and reasonably priced which was a bonus."

"Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage."

"We booked The Avalon for a multi generational family holiday with 12 adults, two children, two babies and 3 dogs! The layout and facilities were perfect for us. It is rare to find a large property with a bathroom for every room. The Avalon had everything we needed and is very well equipped. The thoughtful additions such as travel cots, high chairs, dog bowls and dog beds made everything a little easier. "House location was very good just few yards from the sea, but the facilities were very poor. This was the first time ever holiday where their were no bedsheets, no pillow covers, no blanket covers in any rooms, no towels and the worst part was we had been notified at the last minute to bring our own sheets and towels which is just a day before arrival. Some of the pots and pans were dirty not even washed so we were bit disappointed."
