"The lady at the check-in (a Mexican lady) was wonderful. She was also there when we checked out and handled the checkout the way any guest would expect. She immediately asked how our stay was. Overall, since this is a value Best Western brand, we received what we expected. One note, if you are using a GPS app, like Waze, the hotel still is listed as its old name HOWARD JOHNSTON and not Best Western."
