Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Come experience coastal luxury in this beautiful new construction, single family home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and partial water views from the porch in Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe. Hypoallergenic dogs less than 20lbs are allowed with approval and $125 pet fee.

Natural light warms the interior as the modern coastal décor carries an inviting minimalist feel. LVP floors carry throughout the home along with granite countertops, and stainless appliances; fully stocked with all linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities.

The kitchen, dining, and living offer an open living concept. Enjoy the bohemian vibe with the cool wall colors contrasting with the warm décor. The dining room offers seating for 10 with an additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked for the most experienced baker. Enjoy access to a large pantry, fridge with ice maker, and let the dishwasher handle cleanup. Relax on the extra large sectional while enjoying Roku television. Adjacent to the dining table is a designated work space with desk, outlet, and lamp. Children's books and board games are also provided.

The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat screen Roku television, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is en suite; complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room.

There are three additional large guest rooms with a king and queen, each accommodating 2 individuals and a colorful bunk room offering two twins and a full bed accommodating 4 kids or 2 adults. All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light, and closet access. The shared bath is pristine with a shower/tub combination. Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent.
The property boasts partial water views from the screened in porch with seating for 7! Beach toys are provided for guest use and an outdoor shower provides easy cleanup. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, green space, shared restrooms and outdoor showers. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
