This beautiful, new Gulf Coast home has all the offerings for the perfect getaway. You can use the shared swimming pool to cool off during hot days, and there is a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding nature. Less than six miles away, don't miss the opportunity to learn about Florida history at Constitution Convention Museum State Park. Here, you can take a self-guided tour around the museum or walk around the grounds. Beautiful downtown Port Saint Joe is only four miles from this home, offering great options for local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Guests will love the convenience of the 10-minute walk to the beach, where they can relax on the sandy shores or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The house comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. Inside, the main room boasts a 70-inch 4k TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while each bedroom features a 43-inch 4k TV for added entertainment.

This home has an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and room for the entire family. You will surely enjoy time on the generously sized screened porch or relaxing by the fire pit. After a long day at the beach, rinse the sand off at the outdoor shower and grill your dinner on the grill just off the patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Birthday Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay with family, close to the beach with walkway. We drove to the pool, next time I would rent a golf cart. The house was clean, except the porches. The air did not keep the down stairs cool and that is where we hung out the most. I love Windmark but I will look for a different place next time.

Beach trip with Family

Loved the house and location, house was clean. Down stairs air was not working right or it stays this way because of 1 unit for a 2-story house. Porches were dirty, not sand dirty. I wiped the green off the screen doors. Went to grill out, grill did not work. Love Windmark but would not stay at this house again.

Great getaway home. Lovely location.

This house is located in a great neighborhood. The town center is close and has much to offer. From pizza to ice cream and a lounge that has live music on the weekends. The home is located close to the beach and has lots of walking or riding paths. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Great rental!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beach gear available for our use! The location was great, easy walk to the beach and pool. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be planning another trip to Windmark and this rental!

Best beach house I’ve ever been to

The house is very beautiful and full of plenty amenities but we spent most of our time on the beach which is private and never crowded. We also enjoyed the downtown area and the smaller and quieter feel compared to something like Panama City. Definitely planning on coming back to the area next year.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay-- a few cockroaches in house when we arrived besides that very clean. It fit our group perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances which made it easy for us to eat at home often.

Fantastic family getaway.

We had been waiting for years for an opportunity to get away with our children and grandchildren. This home was just the right size for all 13 of us! We were a short walk from the beach and the pool. Everything was as advertised. I hope that we get the chance to do this again.

Nice house, convenient location

The house had plenty of everything we needed - dishes, towels, appliances, games, beach umbrella, wagon. It was a very comfortable house. We especially enjoyed the screened porches. It was a convenient walk to the beach.

Great Getaway

The home was very spacious and clean. While the fire pit chairs were in rough shape, we did enjoy the back porch in the evenings. The walk to the beach is easy and the boardwalk right outside was so convenient. The beach and water are different being on the bay, but we still enjoyed the very private beach. Light up the Night set up a beach bonfire with chairs/snacks/speaker for a great price. Highly recommended!

Inside of house was great

The interior of the house was great, it was well stocked, clean, and plenty of room. I ranked it a 4 due to outside amenities issues and dropping internet service. The porches needed wiping down, the gas fire pit did not work and you could fall through the broken chairs around the fire pit. All these issues can be easily fixed-just wish they were checked before we arrived at the rental.

Nice house for our family

We enjoyed staying at the Blessed Beach House. Everything inside the house was clean and lots of items were provided for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the heated pool! Our only complaint was that the porch floors and furniture were really dirty and we couldn’t sit on the furniture. If we went barefoot our feet were black on the bottom! We called to have it cleaned and some one came and cleaned the furniture. A work order was put in to have someone power wash the floors, but no one ever showed up. It was disappointing because we have rented other houses and the porches were very clean.

Much Needed Getaway

After losing my mom almost two years ago, our family was ready to take our first trip without her. We had my dad, my brother's family including two kids under 2, and my family including a 5 and 7 year old. The house was spacious enough for all of us and my dad was able to have a room upstairs where he could have some time to himself and not be bothered by the kids' loud noises early in the morning. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and there was plenty of space to put all we brought. We rented bikes from R&R Outfitters just right down the road. They delivered them to us and picked them up at the end of the week. We loved riding bikes to the beach, pool, and in the evenings along the beautiful paths and boardwalks. Our seven year old son especially loved having something other than the beach and pool to do. The pool was perfect for our little ones and we had a hard time getting them to want to do anything but that! Our very favorite thing to do was sit around the fire at the end of the evening. It was great to have somewhere else to hang out other than inside in the evening. A few issues included the porch being pretty dirty and several beach chairs and chairs around the fire pit being broken. The upstairs hall shower also had a very hard time draining, which I made note of during checkout. All in all it was amazing and we definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Neighborhood , pool, shopping and friendly neighbors were great. Just know this is bay side of gulf. You may be disappointed if you are looking for lots of white sand and blue water.
