"Lovely modern hotel, really close to Piccadilly. Friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom with a rainforest type shower. Lots of extra touches like free sample drinks in the foyer, some sky channels in the room (sports, cinema etc) and a pod coffee machine. As other reviews have said there isn’t much room to walk around the bed in a standard room, I’d say only about 1ft between bed and the tv wall, so you had to shuffle (as bed is also up a small step) so if you have mobility issues perhaps upgrade your room, but it didn’t bother us at all. "

"Perfect stay easy check in and out. Had room service for food again excellent Will stay again. As a solo disabled person they could not do enough for me. Courtesy bus great, got mobility scooter on no problem. "

"On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful especially with explaining the car parking payment method which was new to me. The restaurant menu was varied and fairly priced. Breakfast was , I thought, very calm and had a great variety on offer for a very large hotel. The car park was not the easiest to get to as it was at the rear of the property but was just a few yards away. A great stay. "

"The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The air con was good. My electricity tripped while I was ironing and as there was no way to contact reception that I could find, I had to go down to reception to arrange for maintenance. Not enough people checking in customers at a time that the hotel know it’s going to be busy so it took 20 mins for me to check in behind a big party with only one person doing the check in"
