"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"Very conveniently located to Lomprayah Phuket ferry Check in terminal which is why i stayed here. The terminal was a 60 second walk from the front door. I Was delighted to find that the hotel was very modern abd comfortable. Beautiful pool and really friendly staff. During the night i cold hear other hotel guests slamming bedroom doors. Rooms not very well i insulated. Also had to pay a cash deposit which i was unaware of and not had to do in a long while. However, had a lovely shower in the...
