"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups, but it could also be a case of hotel guests that don't pick up after themselves. We enjoyed ourselves very much during the 3 nights there and would certainly stay at the resort again as it's only 15-20 mins away from Phuket Old Town by taxi."
