"Booker this hotel as a 1 night quick stop as it's close to the pier to get to phi phi. If coming from the airport don't expect anyone to know where it is, we took a taxi which we had no choice to at 2am which was 700baht They didn't know where it was and we spent 2 hours in the taxi driving around areas near the pier. But they had some kind of wierd smell in the room as maybe they are closed for long time We had food buffet at restaurant was so spicy we could not eat beyond starter salad Also we saw other tourists who had wheelchair they were struggling to get to 2nd floor with four people lifting the chair and was not wheelchair accessible so when booking have to check this. "We had booked a deluxe room, which was terrible. It was old, mouldy, the grain was not working and overall a 3 star at best. The staff was gracious enough to move us to a pool villa. "As we visited in the low season the upkeep of the resort was below standard, towards the end of our trip you could see the attention was turning to the upkeep, however, it was a shame they don’t maintain the standards all year round.
