"No complaints about the room, I was in one of the older rooms but it was clean, very close to the gym and quick to access. The staff were very prompt when I requested toiletries that I'd forgotten. One piece of constructive feedback: I was offered a £10 food voucher in exchange for not having my room cleaned each day during my three night stay, which I think is a great green incentive. "Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! "Clean and safe area"

"Spotlessly clean but tiny room perfect for an overnight stay. Great bed, quiet room, great blackout curtains and mood lighting. The staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t do breakfast but it looked good. I will definitely return as it’s great value for money."
